Refunds & Returns

All digital products — album and track downloads — are non-refundable. Once a digital order is placed, the files are made available for immediate download and added to your account library, so the purchase is considered delivered and cannot be returned or refunded.

Trouble downloading or playing your files? That's not a refund matter — it's support. Email info@nhale.club and we'll make it right.

Physical orders (vinyl, CD, apparel, accessories) that have not yet shipped can be canceled for a full refund. Email info@nhale.club with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order moves to shipped, the return process below applies instead.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition — sealed media (vinyl, CD) must be unopened, and apparel must be unworn with tags attached.

1. Email info@nhale.club with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We'll reply with a return authorization and the address to ship to.
3. Ship the item back. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong item? Email us within 14 days with a photo — we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

For bundles that include both a digital download and a physical item, the digital portion is final sale (see above). The physical portion follows the physical rules — cancelable before shipping, returnable after delivery. A refund on the physical portion does not refund the digital download.
